Estimated Gross Value of Intellectual Property

The calculation of the value of an intellectual property is based on a cost approach in which the total costs involved in the manufacture of an intellectual property will be calculated to assist the user in determining the estimated gross value of the intellectual property. It is in line with the IP Valuation Model released by MyIPO and the intellectual property modules introduced by the World Intellectual Property Organization.
